Another example of AWFUL Rogers service
I noticed this weekend that I no longer had access to TV5 (channel 35 in Ottawa). I check their website, and there it clearly states that included in my basic package is TV5 and TV5 HD. So I call Rogers to get my channel back. They tell me that because I live in Orleans, ON, I was never entitled to TV5 and that I should upgrade my package to get that channel, even though it says on their website...
