The Ally Project

I noticed this weekend that I no longer had access to TV5 (channel 35 in Ottawa). I check their website, and there it clearly states that included in my basic package is TV5 and TV5 HD. So I call Rogers to get my channel back. They tell me that because I live in Orleans, ON, I was never entitled to TV5 and that I should upgrade my package to get that channel, even though it says on their website in black and white that TV5 is part of the basic package, which I have! SO basically, if I lived in Toronto, I would have TV5 for free, but in Orleans, I get fucked? 

I am SO tired of Rogers and their tactics to always squeeze more money out of you. I took my business elsewhere for my cell phone for this reason, and I think it won’t be long until I do the same for the rest of my services. 

Rogers SUCKS. I am angry now. Thanks Rogers.
